    Hi,

I just installed Booster Plus for use on a client’s site, and I have a few questions:

    1. Is there a way to display the minimum order message on the Cart page rather than (or in addition to) the Checkout page?

    2. Is there a way to prevent the user from even accessing the checkout page if the minimum order has not been reached?

    3. If option #2 is not available, is there a way to change the message that appears in the payment gateway placeholder? Currently, it says, “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require additional assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” I’m afraid this will be rather confusing for customers. It would be more helpful it said, “Minimum order amount is $x. Order cannot be processed until minimum order amount is reached.”

    Thanks!
    Ashley

We are experiencing an issue with that module.

We have set up that Cash on Delivery have max amount of 500€ so if the order is higher the CoD method normally is disappearing and another method is selected but the order wont completed and an error message appears that max amount of CoD is 500€ even though Paypal method or Bank Transfer is selected.

We have contacted support via email but havent got any solution!

What we have found is that if we enable notices with style “error” or “notice” the order will not complete.
If is on “success” then it completes but adds a message on order about min/max Amount.

If now is disabled it works as it should!

Can you explain what happens when you try to set it up in more detail?

I’d like to disable Klarna as an option for certain products using this plugin. Klarna is enabled as a Payment Gateway and functioning but I can’t see Klarna in the Payment Gateway options.

    Hi,
I am using this module and it works very well. 🙂 Today I ran into a problem. I had to make a order manually, but the user can’t pay the manual order (The cart is empty and there are no payment options when the minimum isn’t reached.) Is there any solution for this to use the Gateways Min/Max Amounts only in the cart/ standard checkout, but not on manual orders created as admin?
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi since I’m using request for quote plugin, customer gets the option to pay for order by selecting the payment gateway at order-pay!
      .

The things is that none of the payment limitation works.

      Could you help with this?

It would be good if this could add a message on check out that a minimum spend is required and the figure.

      Hi Mark,

Sure, no problem. I have just made some changes to the plugin. Please download the development version here – http://booster.io/dev/. You will need to uninstall the old version first (don’t worry your saved settings won’t disappear).

Now in module’s settings (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Payment Gateways > Gateways Min/Max”) there is new settings section “Notices on Checkout”, where you can enable/disable notices, set message templates and styling.

Please let me know if ti works as expected or if you have any questions.

      Best regards,
      Tom

      Hi Tom

It works great, just as I would expect.

However, I don’t know if it’s because I uploaded the dev version but I have lost the ability to edit my booster plus settings.

      Hi Mark,

Please recheck that you have latest version of Booster Plus (v1.1.0) installed. If not – please download the latest version from your account page. Then deactivate and delete your old Booster Plus and install the new one.

      Best regards,
      Tom

    Hi and Happy New Year.
We have a problem with this module. Although we have set max to 100 euros for Cash on Delivery, it acts like we have set it to 60 euros. The payment gateway doesn’t show when the amount is over 60.
    Could you help please?

      Hi Georgia,

Sorry for the delay. If possible please create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP) so I could login and check what’s going on (my email is tom@booster.io). If sharing an account is not an option – please let me know and I will try to solve this remotely. I’m not in the office today, but I will get to that first thing tomorrow morning.

      Best regards,
      Tom

      Hi Georgia,

I’ve logged to your site and I think I know where the problem was. In “WooCommerce > Checkout” you set “Cash on Delivery” to be available only on “Fixed” shipping, so if user selects “Free shipping”, then “Cash on Delivery” is not available. Now in Booster’s “Shipping” module you’ve checked “Hide all when free is available”. So now if minimum for free shipping is reached, other shipping methods are hidden, and “Cash on Delivery” is also hidden (as there is no “Fixed” shipping available). I disabled “Hide all when free is available” on your site, so it seems to be working fine now – please recheck.

Hope I made it a little more clear and please let me know if you have any questions.

      Best regards,
      Tom

We’d like to only show the Free Shipping option once the limit is reached, so that the client will not have to choose it. Is this possible?

And the Cash on Advance still won’t show when the set limit is below 100

I think I got it. It was the availability of Cash on Delivery. We removed Fixed rate and now it’s working. Thank you for taking your time to help us with this.
