It would be great if this would also “Add Product to cart” then apply discount! Any chance this could be added.

      Hi Diego,

Sorry, but I’m not sure I understood – there is “Automatically add coupon’s products to the cart” checkbox in module’s settings. Wouldn’t that do what you need?

      Best regards,
      Tom

    Hi there,
I don’t know how to use this featured well, do you have any example of use for that?

I read the tutorial, but how the coupon will apply in the cart, also, if i check this on, the product will add automatically in the cart and the discount will apply? or i need to set the product manually and later change the coupon?
In this case, what’s the difference with the normal environment of the woocommerce..?

      Hi Diego,

First of all you need to create a coupon as you would normally do in WooCommerce. For example you’ve created fixed cart or percentage discount coupon with code discount20. Now your customers can apply the coupon by visiting http://yourperfectsite.com/?wcj_apply_coupon=discount20. The difference with normal WooCommerce environment is that your customers don’t have to enter coupon code manually on cart page. After they visit the link, coupon will be applied automatically. It doesn’t matter if they have added products to their cart before or after they visit the link with coupon code – coupon will be applied in both cases, and will be active until they either finish the order or manually remove the coupon on cart or checkout page.

Now if you create fixed product discount coupon, and check “Automatically add coupon’s products to the cart” checkbox, then the product which is associated with that coupon will be automatically added to the cart. Product will be added only once, even if your customer will visit the link multiple times.

Hope I made it a little more clear. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

      Best regards,
      Tom
