    Hi,

we bought this great Plugin Pro-Version and like to ask where to find the shipping Time shortcode to use for emails and html-code to use in documents like the delivery slip for example.

    Greetings
    Ingo

      Hi Ingo,

Shipping time table can be shown using shortcode. Showing time for user chosen shipping method only is not possible yet.

      Best regards,

Hi i got it working with some cache clearance and other things. Some clarifications:

    1. However, it by default shows both the shipping methods ideally when one method is available in cart based on that it should load.
    2. Do you have feature of estimated delivery date automatically calculated based on duration

      Hi,

Unfortunate there is no such feature yet but we have added it to our todo list.

Hi Can you please help me with this. It always shows this “Locations not covered by your other zones: Flat rate20 day(s)” even if the correct zones are selected since shipping rates are coming fine. Please help.

      Hi,

It’s possible that customer location is not correctly detected. The most common issue is with caching plugins – if you use them please set “Default Customer Location” option in Woocommerce > Settings > General to “Geolocate (with page caching support)“.

      Best regards,
