I have enable the currency pre product function and create a CNY currency. I am also using “Leave product currency” option in the “Cart and Checkout Behaviour” field. As my website using EUR as the default currency everything work prefect until I started to using the report function. As all my order become EUR with changing any rate !!!! For example, it shows CNY359 in the woocommerce Oder Page, while I generating a booster report the order become EUR359 in the report ! Is there any solution to fix it? It is ok that all the currency change to the site default one but not in this weird way.

It is a typo that “As all my order become EUR with changing any rate !!!!” should be ” As all my order become EUR without changing any rate !!!!”

      Hi Kin,

Could you check what currency is selected when viewing the Woocommerce reports? Woocommerce reports show orders that were made in selected currency. For example, if Reports Currency is set to CNY but there were orders that were made in EUR, only orders made in CNY will be shown. If the currency selected is merge, then unfortunately it does just add up CNY with EUR without currency conversion.

      Best regards,

Thank you for your answer. I know that the “Monthly Sales (with Currency Conversion)”( booster report feature) can s0lve the problem, In fact, “Product Sales (Monthly)” (booster report feature) function still can not work !During the report my currency is wasn’t exchange into correct rate! Eg the order that cost 300 CNY was showing 300EUR(my site default currency) in the report !

Good afternoon. Help please solve my problem. Ready to buy a license for your program but the list of differences in functions did not find a solution. I Use WordPress Woocommerce
I create two identical users and give them access to the site dashboard where they can create products (edit_products). I really liked that users do not see each other’s products in the console! And see only those goods that they themselves created!!! But there was a problem. If these users add access rights to the site (view_woocommerce_reports) then in the site dashboard they see statistics of the entire store, and I need each of them to see statistics on their product.
Sitting with this problem for a week and can’t decide! Each user sees only their product, and the report is seen from the entire store. Tell me how you can solve this problem? Maybe in the full version of the program there is such a function?

      Hi,

Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to restrict products in reports to users yet but we have added this to our todo list.

Excellent plugin. Request the ability to be able to export all data into a CSV file! Normal woocommerce reports, exported or otherwise, obviously dont work once booster is up and running with currency conversion. Be great if I could choose which data to export as well (address, email, etc)

      Hi Rob,

“Export” module allows customizing what data is exported with export tools. This module is separate from reports module.

    Hi,
Reports and vendor dashboard (in Woocommerce Product Vendors) always display default currency. Is there a way to change to another currency ?

    Hi,
I would love that these reports could be generated based on user role so I could see which user role who buys the most etc.

    Hope you will consider this,
    Thanks,

    Hello!

I try to generate Stock reports, but in the report, some of my products have zero prices, even if they have prices inputted in their respective product pages. Which means the total stock valuation that my report generates is wrong. Kindly advise on what to do?

    Thank you!

      Hi again, Artem,

I’ve made some changes to optimize the query in report. Please download the development version here – http://booster.io/dev/. Please let me know if that helped.

      Best regards,
      Tom
