I started to use your Product Listing module and I have a problem that my product listing is not any more the amount that I’ve saved before. I want to see 32 products on one page, but I only see 11 products right now. On some page even only 3 products.

    What should be the problem?

Otherwise Booster is a life saver. Thanks

      Hi Madis,

Could you try temporarily switching to default theme to see if the issue persists with it? Also, are you sure there are enough products in those pages to fill the page?

      Best regards,

I have the Products Listings module enabled. I’ve created a category that I want to exclude from the store. In settings, I’ve selected this category under the “Exclude Category” drop down listing, also checked the box to “Hide Empty” categories. When this category is empty, it does not show up on the category list in my store. However, as soon as I put products in this category, it does show up in the store.
How do I get the exclude category to work?

I’m having the same issue as Linda. How can we exclude a category? I need the products in this category to be hidden as a simple product but at the same time to be able to have these simple products show up in a Composite Product. They are part of a larger product.

    Hi,

Is it possible to have more than 3 categories shown on the front page? We would like to have all of our categories shown so people can click and find the products that way. Is this possible and how?

    Thanks in advance!

      Hi,

To exclude categories from shop page, you need to enter category IDs you want to exclude in WooCommerce > Settings > Jetpack > PRODUCTS > Product Listings > Shop Page Display Options > Exclude Categories. Please note that you need to enter category IDs not slug or name. You can check what’s the ID in Products > Categories.
Please let me know if that was what you asked.

      Best regards,
      Tom
